A bit about the role…

We’re searching for a person who can think on their feet, a person who enjoys finding and fitting missing pieces together to solve a puzzle - someone who is always looking for ways to improve on the status quo. You are likely a passionate, positive, and curious individual with the ability to organize, manage, and run multiple projects on-the-go while thinking outside-the-box.


WHO YOU ARE: 


  • You ideally have a minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in a support, operations or office admin type role (Recent grads are welcome).
  • You love organizing and coordinating projects and THRIVE in spreadsheets.
  • You have the proven ability to take complete ownership of problems from identification through to resolution.
  • You have a PASSION for the 3 P’s: People, Product & Process.
  • You have an ability to work independently or within a team supporting a network of partners, customers and projects.
  • You have the ability to see how to do things manually and think through automation.
  • You ideally have experience with a project management tool or inventory tracking system.
  • You have “Top-Notch” communication both Written and verbal in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • You have a friendly attitude - customers can hear your smile through the phone, an email or over a chat.


SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?


  • Be responsible for the data entry of deployment sheets for Solink installations and vendor information forms.
  • Complete orders and requests for equipment for deployments.
  • Ensure we have data quality and proper information for new deployments tracked within internal systems.
  • Be solutions-minded and collaborate with internal teams to address obstacles.
  • Manage, track and approve invoices for suppliers and subcontractors - sending to the internal finance team.
  • Manage and track hardware inventory in an inventory tracking system (NetSuite).
  • Manage and track hardware purchases, shipments and delivery to customer locations.
  • Collect, collate and communicate relevant inputs to all internal stakeholders.
